If you want to purchase a product-good or service, you must provide your email address, username, full address, a landline or mobile phone number, the billing address of the order (in case it is different from the shipping address), and the billing information (in case an invoice has been requested). We refer to this information as “Order Information”. Credit card payment information (e.g. credit card number) is not entered in our online store environment. The customer is automatically transferred to the secure banking environment of the selected cooperating banking institution, thus ensuring the maximum possible security of your data.

Transaction Security

All payments made using a card are processed through the electronic payment platform “Nexi XPay” of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption with a 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). Encryption is a way of encoding information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

We recognize the importance of the security of your personal data as well as your electronic transactions and we take all necessary measures, with the most modern and advanced methods, to ensure your maximum possible security. All information related to your personal information and transactions is secure, private and confidential. Security is achieved through the following methods:

  • Customer identification
There are two codes used to identify the visitor/user: The Username and the Password, which each time you enter them provide you with absolutely secure access to your personal information.
You are given the opportunity to change your Password and your e-mail address without notice and as often as you wish. The only person who has access to your information is you through the above codes and you are solely responsible for protecting and concealing them from third parties. In the event of loss or leakage, you must notify us immediately, otherwise the online store is not responsible for the use of the password by an unauthorized person. For security reasons, it is recommended that you change your password at regular intervals and avoid using easily detectable codes (e.g. date of birth).
  • Encryption and ensuring the privacy of the transfer of your personal data
To ensure the confidentiality of the transfer of data, we use the SSL/TLS encryption protocol. SSL/TLS encryption is present throughout our online store where you enter personal data (password, addresses, telephone numbers, credit cards, etc.).
Encryption is a way of encoding the information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key. When ordering and as long as the visitor/user has logged in with his/her username and personal password to the online store, all communication between your computer and our online store is encrypted.
  • Controlled access (firewall)
Access to the online store systems is controlled by a firewall, which allows the use of specific services by customers/users while prohibiting, at the same time, access to systems and databases with confidential data and information of the company.
  • Personal data privacy policy
The Personal data security policy describes how your personal data is collected, used and managed when you visit or make a purchase from our online store. In all cases, only specific authorized employees have access to your personal data and access to your personal data by unauthorized persons is prohibited.

For each access to our online store, we automatically collect certain information that you enter on our website or provide to us in any other way including information about your browser, time zone, Internet Protocol address, and some of the cookies located on your device. In addition, as you browse the website, we collect information about the duration of visits to specific pages, information about interaction with the pages, and how you navigate away from the page. This data is intended solely for the smooth operation of our website and to improve our services.

The device information collected is used to identify potential risks or fraud and generally to improve and optimize our website and our customer service.

We share your Personal Information with third parties only where this is necessary to fulfill your order, or to implement the above purposes. For example, we use Google Analytics (GA), Facebook ads and Google Adwords which provide us with data that helps us determine the number of people using our website, to better understand how they find and use our website and to see their journey through the website. You can also opt out of Google Analytics via the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We share your personal information (email address) with an email platform to send you newsletters, if you have subscribed to it.

Please note that we do not implement our online store’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do not Track signal from your browser.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time. Changes and clarifications will be effective immediately.
